Ancient Arabian habits that will make you look shiny and healthy.

Arabs has a huge amount of beauty hacks which make you look amazing and healthy.

Wax:
Wax has been a great method to remove your body hair, moreover, it removes dead skin also so it's 2 in 1 , for making wax material you need
- a cup of sugar
- quarter a cup of water
- quarter a cup of lemon juice
mix them all in a container while it's on the heat them let them boil for 5 - 7 minutes.
let the mixer cool and start to use it by applying it on your skin Reversing hair, then take it of suddenly.
It remove the hair from the roots and removes all dead skin.

Using Miswake:
Miswake is a wooden stick which Arabs used to use it to clean their teeth, it's a brush and paste at the same time.
it will keep your teeth clean and push away bad breath.

Henna:
Henna is is like Dye but natural and has no bad effects on hair, it feeds your hair, make it healthier and give it a good color.
You use it by mixing it with water, vinegar.
Let the mixture for about 1 hour covered with clean film.
Apply it on your hair and let it until it dry, then wash your hair and you'll see the awesome result.

Oil masks for hair:
Arabs used to use oil to make their hair shiny, healthy, and strong.
You can use olive oil, castor oil, coconut oil, or even almond oil.

How to make your scarf matches your outfit as a hijabie.

We are as Muslim ladies and hijabies face a lot of problems every day to wear a scarf matches out outfit or even wear an elegant maxi and modern outfit so there are many steps we should follow.
At first you should have a suitable scarf for all outfits in your closet, such as a black, white or caffee (light brown) hijab  as you see in those  pictures you see i wear a black scarf with black band with two different outfits

Moreover, you need to match colors for examples if you're wearing a jeans jump suit you can wear a dark pink scarf or an off white scarf to bring life to your suit just like the model below. 
dark outfit is a BIG problems for me it was like a nightmare 'cause i love dark scarfs and i don't have too much light scarfs, however, i found that if i have a white, pink and dark beige scarfs all my problems with dark outfits will be solved and it has happened fortunately! 
As well with light outfits you just need to have a black, brown or even wine scarf all those colors suits any outfit by the way dark or light. 
last but not least if you're wearing a white, black or grey outfit try to wear a colorful shoes, your bag also must be pink, yellow, blue, or even brown furthermore, wear a piece or two of accessories maximum do not try to look luxury 'cause it's not elegant at all.

How to deal with hot weather to stay hydrated and healthy .

In middle east area we usually have a hot weather except in winter we have a nice weather not too rainy and not too cold .
So. we need to stay hydrated as much as we can .
- First of all you need to drink at least 5 glasses of water per day , i mean clear water - not counting tea or coffee or any other drink- , water helps your skin to be hydrated and gives you the perfect amount of energy without it you will feel tired , look unhealthy and can't do your work , it's seriously a must .
- Eat healthy , your health statue depends on your food routine , eat a lot of healthy food such as vegetables , fruits , nuts and protein .
-Make sure to have a whole benefit breakfast, moreover, a good launch , and don't forget the dinner must be light , never sleep after eating stay awake at least for 3 or 4 hours  .
- Snacks are important too , but healthy snacks like an apple or a package of nuts .
- an apple a day keeps the doctor away- always remember this
- last but not least stay away from sun ray , specially in hot days it might be harmful for your eyes , skin and even brain , it might cause a sunburn or any other damage , or if you have an umbrella take with you in sunny days to protect you furthermore, make sue that you have a bottle of water in your bag and a snack to keep you powered and healthy all the day

DIY Eye cream

- Eye creams are pretty expensive so i was searching for a DIY eye cream recipe and finally i have found it .
- 1\2 a cup of coconut oil
- 1 tbs of vaseline
- 5 capsules of vitamine E ( optional)
-Mix all igredients together and put them in a container , use them daily before going to sleep .

Best makeup removers i have ever used .

-Removing makeup is pretty important to let your skin breathe specially if you're going to sleep never let any makeup left on your skin , so, i have tried many makeup removers however, the were two only i liked
- First one is coconut oil , it doesn't only remove makeup but also it moisturises skin pretty well and it's also amazing as a lip balm .
- second one is also spectacular , it's johnson's baby oil it removes makeup and leave your skin soft just like babies skin .

How to keep your skin soft, moisturised and shiny in cold weather hacks .

-Hydrating skin  -
- Drinking water is not only in summer , it's a must in all seasons and by water i mean every thing which contains water such as vegetables (cucumber, carrot ... etc) , fruits ( apples, watermelon... etc) and smoothies  .
-All those moisturisers help your skin to look shiny and healthy by offering your body needs of liquids .

- Scrub your skin at least twice a month-
-Removing dead skin is pretty important to refresh your skin cells and let your skin breathe , and you can make any DIY skin scrub you want at home like honey-cinnamon , sugar-lemon ... etc
-Moisturise your skin daily -
- Use your favourite moisturiser to make your skin soft daily , before going to bed and in the morning make sure you have applied your moisturiser .

Honey and cinnamon mask for acne .

A lot of us suffer from acne moreover, it makes our skin looks unhealthy ,so i was searching for the perfect mask for acne ,and finally i have found it .
It's cinnamon and honey mask , this mask is perfect for recovering from acne if you use it many times .
You need only one tbs of honey and one tbs of cinnamon , then mix them together and spread them on your face , leave the mask from 10-20 minutes and then wash your face with warm water .
Don't forget to apply a moisturiser on your face after the mask .
P.S.: honey moisturises your skin and clears it from acne
        cinnamon refresh your skin cells , remove dead skin and make blood circulation runs .
